ACCURACY OF FORENSIC ENTOMOLOGY

Basically, pathologists can estimate the time of death based on several medical parameters but these are only valid for the first few hours after death, becoming less valuable after that and usually not used beyond about 72 hours. Forensic entomology is the most  accurate and frequently the primary method in determining time of death when more than a day or two have elapsed (Kashyap, 1989).

CRIMES AGAINST PERSON

Crimes against Persons are crimes that are physical, violent, and often high profile. Murder, rape, child abuse, domestic violence, assault and battery - these are just a few of the crimes against persons. Most homicides are individual events which are motivated by personal animosity and take note also not all homicide offenders intend to kill their victims. This may be the case when incident begins as robbery, arguing or quarrel for something, drug and alcohol influence and many others factor involved. ~Just my thought~

#Crime does not occur in a vacuum. Every crime has a unique set of courses, consequences and participants. Crime affects some people more than others, having a special impact on those who are direct participants in the acts itself-offenders, victims, police officers, witness and so on. Reactions to crime from everyday to precedent-setting may color the course of future criminal events. Four categories impact by crime;
1) Offender
2) Victim
3) Society
4) Justice System.

We need to take the fight against computer crime to next level. Federal law enforcement need to upgrade including new tools in investigations. We need also to authorize investigative techniques to uncover the culprits behind these crimes, even when the culprits are overseas.

#Society secretly wants crime and we can look now day. Society needs crime and gains definite satisfactions from present mishandling of it. We condemn crime; we punish offenders for it. The crime and punishment become ritual is part of our society.

Dr. M. Lee Goff , Professor, Forensic Sciences said 'One of the major problems i have seen recently is forensic secientist inflating thier roles in the investigation. Too often i see inviduals forgetting they are scientists and NOT Law enforcement. One should provide testimony only with one's own area of expertise and be certain not to extend opinions past the limits of the available evidence.
